Shipping Policy - From the time your order is placed, it will take 2-4 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We typically DO NOT ship orders on the same day. Ex: (If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Wednesday, or Thursday).

We stand behind the unsurpassed quality of our ingredients and due to the highly subjective nature of smell, we cannot offer exchanges or refund for fragrances that you dislike. If a fragrance you purchased is not to your style or your liking, we suggest reselling it on platforms such as Facebook fragrance groups where there is a market for such resales.
