Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@stuniii.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Order might be subject to 25% restocking fee at STUNIII's discretion. 

 

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, any brand-new product watches and accessories may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment within 30 days of delivery or returned for an exchange/store credit within 30 days (subject to price differences). Gift Wrap/Bags are not eligible for returns.

Extended Warranties cannot be returned for refund after the 30 day period. If customer wishes to exchange watch before 30 days the Extended Warranty will carry over to the updated product. If a customer chooses an upgraded or less expensive watch we will charge or refund the difference of the watch + extended warranty. All watches returned for exchange will be inspected to verify the watch has not been worn or incurred damages, All watches returned for exchange should be eligible to return to inventory. If our team deems the return not authorized for exchange the customer will be required to purchase postage for a return shipment of the originally purchased watch.

 

Please note: All returned items must be in 'new' or 'unused' condition and still include their original packaging.

Your return will not be accepted (or restocking fees will apply at the discretion of the seller) if:

• The item is marked Final Sale/Last Call/Preorder on the site
• It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
• You have attempted to reassemble a broken watch 
• Watch is broken due to wear and tear
• It is a free promotional item (such as a bracelet or key chain)

 

If you live within the United States

**All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide a return label to ship the item back but we also do not deduct any return shipping label fees from the refund/store credit amount.

14 Days Returns Policy for Refunds & Exchanges

 

All our products are all finely crafted and produced with extreme care. All finished products have undergone very straight and detailed quality check. We are proud to offer the quality that surpasses customers’ expectations. We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchased jewelry; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for either a refund, resizing or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

 

Our 14 Days Return Policy gives you abundant time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the jewelry, you can return any non-engraved, unworn item(s) in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt for a refund or an exchange. The restocking fee for refund or exchange is 25% of the purchased price of the item(s) and shipping, order administration and handling fees are non-refundable, if applicable.

 

If there are any free gifts with the purchase, they must be returned with the products which are to be refunded too. When we receive your returned item, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Once and it is accepted, your refund will be processed in just a few business days.

 

How to return?

It is necessary to follow STUNIII.com’s return procedure outlined below if a customer decides to return a product or the return will not be accepted and the returned item will be rejected and shipped back to the customer:

1.Your Return Authorization Number (RA#).Email us at support@stuniii.com for a Return Authorization Number

.2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and gift box if it is for a refund.

3.Ship Your Package. Customers are highly recommended to insure the returned package. No written reference to jewelry merchandise or diamonds or related words should appear on parcel because it will increase the risk of theft and loss. You are recommended to mark it as a gift.

Cancellation

If you’d like to cancel or change a STUNIII.com order for any reasons, please contact us at support@stuniii.com as soon as possible and make sure to include your order number and other order details. However, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the Production/Shipping phase or has already sent out. If your order cannot be cancelled, you can simply return it to us, a 25% restocking fee will be charged while shipping, order administration and handling fees are non-refundable, if applicable. STUNIII.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.

 

Refunds

Once we received your returned item(s), your money will be refunded to you for any payments less any applicable fees against your purchase. The first credit will be made within 7 business days of receipt and verification of the merchandise. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. The restocking fee for refund is 25% of the purchased price of the item(s) and shipping, order administration and handling fees are non-refundable, if applicable.
